My stay at the hotel had some ups and downs. The rooms were quite beautiful with a stunning view, but the internet was extremely slow, and the TV didn't work at all. The buffet breakfast left much to be desired, as the food was mostly cold except for a couple of items. Nonetheless, it’s a peaceful retreat if you're looking to escape the busy tourist spots and take long walks.

The resort offers a serene escape a bit away from the bustling downtown, making it a perfect spot for relaxation. The rooms, while clean and well-maintained, had some bothering issues like low water pressure and noise from the air conditioning. The staff was attentive and helpful throughout our stay, although certain amenities were lacking. It would be ideal for those seeking tranquility but a bit frustrating due to some maintenance oversights.

I had a nice stay at this hotel, enjoying the beautiful lake view from my balcony and the spacious room. However, the maintenance issues and inconsistency in service disappointed me, particularly with the dining experience where improvements are needed. Overall, while it has great potential, there are a few areas that need urgent attention.

What a beautiful spot for a vacation! The landscaping is stunning, and the beach is kept immaculate. The staff is warm and welcoming, truly making an effort to connect with guests. However, if the hotel is at full capacity, securing a lounge chair can be a challenge. Our room was nicely situated along the canal, but we encountered some unpleasant odors sometimes. Overall, a peaceful escape with lovely amenities!
